Terms of Service – VoltageRC

By purchasing from VoltageRC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Store Policies

• All purchases are subject to our store policies, including Shipping, Returns, and Warranty.

• Please review these policies before placing an order.

2. Warranty

• All products include a 60-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, crashes, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

• To request warranty service, email support@voltagerc.com with your order number and photo/video evidence.

3. Returns

• Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

4. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in the store’s default currency, with automatic conversion available for international customers where supported.

• Taxes (including VAT where applicable) are included in the price unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or discounts at any time.

5. Orders & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard delivery time is 5–12 business days for EU & US orders.

• Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

• VoltageRC is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

• VoltageRC is not liable for accidents, misuse, or damages resulting from the operation of RC products.

• Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with instructions.

7. Updates to Terms

• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

• Continued use of our store and services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
